This past Sunday JILLI held its first healing service. We will have a healing service every third Sunday of the month. I hope you will join us for these services, since there are so many people and places that need healing.
I share with you our version of the traditional morning blessings. These are meant to help you find a path for health of mind, body, and soul. May we be blessed to experience a healthy world soon, in our lifetime.

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ ל ֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁעָשַֽׂנִי בְּצַלְמוֹ.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, she’assani b’tzalmo.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who has made me in Your image.
When I despair about my body or my world, let me find Your image within me, and recognize it within others.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁעָשַֽׂנִי ישְֹרָאֵל.

Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who has made me a member of this group.
When I struggle with recognizing Your presence, guide me back to a relationship with You.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֶ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁעָשַֽׂנִי בֶּן/בָּת חוֹרִין.

Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who has made me free.
When I am afraid to stand tall and face adversities, remind me of my freedom and my inner strength.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, פּוֹקֵֽחַ עִוְרִים.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, pokeach ‘ivriym.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who opens the eyes of the blind.
When I am blinded by my own pain, open my eyes so I can see that I am not alone.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, matiyr assuriym.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who frees the ones who are bound.
When I am held in the prison of destructive behaviors, free my consciousness to pursue the path of healing.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, שֶׁעָֽשָׂה לִי כָּל צָרְכִּי.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, she’assa li kol tzorki.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who has given me all I need.
When I am consumed by greed or jealousy, help me rejoice in the blessings I have in my life, and rejoice for the blessings that others have.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַמֵּכִין מִצְעֲדֵי גָֽבֶר.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, hamechiyn mitz’adey gaver.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who strengthens the steps of all human beings.
When I falter, when I miss a step in my journey, give me strength to continue, and the wisdom to rely on those who wish to help me.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, עוֹטֵר יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּתִפְאָרָה.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, ‘oter Yisrael b’tif’arah.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who envelops us in Your Grace.
When all I can do is reprimand myself and others, help me silence my inner critic, and find compassion for myself and for others.
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְיָ אֱ לֹהֵֽינוּ מֶֽלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַנּוֹתֵן לַיָּעֵף כֹּֽחַ.
Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech Ha’olam, ha’noten laya’ef koach.
Blessed are You, Eternal Source of all energy in the Universe, who gives strength to the weak.
When I am weakened by frustration, give me strength to continue striding strong on the path of healing.
